Education only — not advice, not an inducement
StakeRated explains how crypto gambling works and reviews platforms independently. Nothing on the site is gambling, financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and nothing is an invitation or inducement to gamble or to use any platform. A review describes a product; it does not endorse it.
Gambling involves a real risk of losing money and can be addictive. Cryptocurrency adds price volatility and transactions that can’t be reversed. Gambling laws differ between countries and change often, and many platforms we review are not licensed where you live. It is your responsibility to check what is legal for you. Age
StakeRated is intended for adults aged 18 or over (or the legal gambling age where you live, if higher).
Independence
We take no payment from gambling operators, carry no affiliate or referral links and don’t link to the platforms we review. Our methodology page explains how reviews are produced.
Accuracy
We work hard to be accurate, but platforms change their terms, licences, games and ownership without notice, and we can’t guarantee that everything on the site is complete or current. Interface images on review pages are illustrative mockups, not screenshots. If you spot an error, please tell us.
The newsletter
The newsletter is free and for people aged 18 or over. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email. How we handle your details is set out in our privacy policy.
Using our content
The text, design and images on StakeRated belong to Binared Ltd unless stated otherwise. You may read, share links to and quote short extracts with credit and a link back. Please don’t republish whole articles or reviews without our permission.
Our responsibility to you
The site is provided free and “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content, including gambling losses or losses from using any platform we review. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, although if you live elsewhere in the UK you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
